As Easter approaches, Dallas dining institution Al Biernat’s is preparing to host its highly anticipated annual Easter brunch on Sunday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at both the Oak Lawn and North restaurant locations. Al Biernat’s invites Dallasites to hop on over and celebrate with friends and family over an array of culinary delights. Both restaurant locations provide the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing Easter Sunday brunch and make lasting memories with loved ones.
A staple of the Dallas dining scene, Al Biernat’s is renowned for blending classic flavors with innovative culinary creations. This year’s Easter Brunch menu is no exception, offering a mix of indulgent favorites and new seasonal delights. Guests can start their holiday feast with thick-cut Brioche French Toast, lightly caramelized and drizzled with rich maple syrup, or enjoy the savory decadence of the Smoked Salmon Breakfast Nest. Those craving heartier fare can savor fork-tender Pot Roast or the bold, vibrant flavors of Carne Asada. Plant-based diners can delight in chef-inspired vegan-friendly offerings like the Grilled Mushroom Enchiladas and the colorful, nutrient-packed Al’s Bowl.
And what’s Easter without a touch of sweetness? Dessert lovers can indulge in Al’s Famous Coconut Cream Pie, a silky, decadent slice of nostalgia, or opt for the rich, spiced Carrot Cake—a perfect finale to a celebratory meal.
Pairing perfectly with the menu is an expertly curated selection of signature cocktails. Whether guests choose a refreshing Mimosa, the festive Rosé Sangria, or the bold, citrus-kissed Breakfast Martini, each sip is designed to elevate the occasion.
“This is one of our favorite times of the year,” says Brad Fuller, Director of Operations at Al Biernat’s. “Easter at Al Biernat’s isn’t just about great food—it’s about families coming together, celebrating traditions, and making memories. Seeing generations of guests return year after year, dressed in their Sunday best, sharing laughter and joy—it’s something truly special.”
