MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been named the exclusive leasing broker of record for 1807 Seminole Trail, a two-story building comprised of  approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial office space also referred to as the Blue Ridge Bank Building.  MacKenzie’s Sam Orr, Executive Vice President, and Brian Thomas, Real Estate Advisor are handling the assignment on behalf of the the ownership group, Westwood Shopping Center Associates, LP.
