
Affinius Capital LLC today announced that it has originated a loan to a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and Goldman Sachs Alternatives to finance Park 303, a 2.4 million-square-foot industrial property located in Glendale, AZ.
The property consists of three buildings ranging in size from 483,000 to 1.3 million square feet. With 40’ clear heights, 140’ truck court depths, and a combined 388 dock-high doors and 482 trailer stalls, the state-of-the-art buildings cater to modern industrial and logistics tenants. Onsite amenities include a flexible basketball-pickleball court, outdoor games area, barbecue grills, and outdoor eating area.
