FORT WORTH, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–HPI, a Texas-based full-service real estate firm, announces its first key hire in Fort Worth.
Matt Montague, a 17-year commercial real estate veteran, joins former NFL quarterback, Colt McCoy, at HPI’s new Fort Worth office as Executive Managing Director.

McCoy, a Partner at HPI, opened the Fort Worth office in February to expand the firm’s reach across Texas. McCoy says Montague’s team mindset and deep relationships in his hometown of Fort Worth made him a clear standout for his first hire.

HPI is creating a full-service platform in Fort Worth, from third-party leasing and management to development and acquisition. Montague brings extensive experience across multiple aspects of the business including tenant representation, agency leasing, land transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and investment and development.

In his career, Montague has closed upwards of 500 deals totaling over $1.5 billion.
