CLAYTON, Mo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Agellus Capital announced today the acquisition of Houston-based Orcus Fire & Risk. Orcus Fire & Risk will be joining Bluejack Fire & Life Safety, also headquartered in Houston Texas, a national service provider of fire and life safety services.
Orcus Fire & Risk, founded by Marcelo D’Amico in 2008, is a fire and life safety design, engineering, audit, and consulting provider for critical energy and industrial facilities.
