Mr. Duncan brings extensive experience in business services, including consulting, safety, engineering, and technical services. As CEO of SEAM Group, he led significant growth, creating an industry leading platform before its successful acquisition by ABB Inc. Previously, he scaled and sold occupational safety consulting firm BST to DEKRA, where he subsequently managed safety consulting, lab testing, and technical advisory services across a global division.
With a strong background in safety and technical services, Mr. Duncan’s leadership aligns seamlessly with SPL’s commitment to excellence in delivering best-in-class laboratory, metrology, and data management services to the environmental and energy sectors. His expertise in market focused growth, operational efficiency, and employee-driven culture will be instrumental in furthering SPL’s mission to provide accurate data to clients that supports compliance, efficiency and optimization across their operations.
