Jill Beene, President, Advertising and Consulting
Beene will leverage her extensive experience in leading powerful global teams to unlock continued growth in the company’s rapidly expanding and highly differentiated advertising business. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, most recently as Global Business Lead at IPG Health, Beene will lead Spectrum’s advertising and consulting offering, including CrowdPharm and Hot Iron Health. To ensure today’s business challenges are met with more impact and efficiency, Beene will work to optimize Spectrum’s fit-and-flex model, leveraging its global creative network and strategic talent to provide customized, scalable solutions that evolve with client and brand needs across the product lifecycle.
Lauren Ankeles, Executive Vice President, Operations and Transformation
Ankeles joins Spectrum in a newly established role to lead company-wide operational initiatives, reimagining workflows and driving efficiencies that will allow Spectrum to continue to deliver as the agency of the future. Ankeles will serve as Spectrum’s efficiency engineer, harnessing the power of technology, including AI, to create best-in-class services and stand-alone offerings that deliver optimal experiences for clients. Ankeles is an accomplished and dynamic leader who brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare strategy and operations spanning organizations at every stage, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Natalie Newman, Chief Human Resources Officer
During this exciting time of evolution and growth at Spectrum, Newman aims to ensure the company’s workforce remains agile and ready to tackle new challenges.
