BankUnited Inc. (NYSE: BKU) announced it has named Giselle T. Sellino as senior vice president, commercial banker with its New York-based Commercial Banking team.
In her new role, Sellino is responsible for originating and growing a portfolio of middle market commercial loans/deposits and providing a broad range of treasury product solutions personalized to meet the individual needs of each client.

Sellino, with nearly 40 years of banking experience, joins BankUnited from Dime Community Bank in Melville, New York, where she served as first vice president and commercial banking lender.
She is a Massapequa resident and member of CPA’s 4(a): Cause, an organization taking on important community issues such as hunger in her region. Sellino is also active in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Old Harbour Green Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York.
