Transwestern has completed two office leases totaling 68,629 square feet at Deerfield Commons I, a 122,025-square-foot office property at 12600 Deerfield Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. The firm provides Agency Leasing and Asset Services for the Class A building on behalf of the owner, Stockbridge. Transwestern’s Greg Frankum and Matt Spickard executed the following transactions:
- Regus, a tenant at the property since 1999, completed a lease renewal for 45,377 square feet. JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Full-service law firm Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC signed a 23,252-square-foot new lease to relocate its headquarters to the property.
