Coalition Space and Jack Resnick & Sons today announced the launch of Coalition Space Grand Central at 485 Madison Avenue, Resnick’s prestigious Midtown Manhattan tower. This new partnership marks a significant milestone in Coalition Space’s continued growth in its home market and expands its presence with a beautiful, modern coworking space.

The distinctive 305,675-square-foot building features a double-height, limestone lobby with soaring, wrap-around mahogany wood panels. 485 Madison has achieved Gold certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system, as well as WiredScore Gold and EnergyStar certifications. Ground-level retailers include menswear brand Hive & Colony, Swiss shoemaker Le Majordome and Fresco by Scotto Restaurant, which has been a staple at the building since 1993.
