Hyatt Commercial has facilitated the sale of 3179 Braverton Street, commonly known as The Doring Building, in Edgewater, Maryland. The 13,828-square-foot medical office property sold for $2.4 million on March 22, 2025.
Constructed in 2013, the building has served the Edgewater medical community for over a decade. With the recent retirement of its original owner, the sale marks a new chapter in the property’s legacy.
At the time of sale, the building was partially leased with three existing tenants in place. The new owners, a local physician team, plan to use the remaining vacancy to expand healthcare services—reinforcing the building’s role as a hub for community medical care.
