The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Glenn G. Lammi, executive director and vice president of legal studies for the Washington Legal Foundation (WLF) in Washington, D.C., has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
“A major focus of my 33-year career at Washington Legal Foundation has been the impact of lawyer-driven civil litigation on the free enterprise system, businesses, and their consumers,” Mr. Lammi said. “I believe that broader focus, along with detailed understanding of the civil-justice process, will bring value to IADC, and my interactions with the group and its members will in turn benefit my work at WLF.”
As vice president of WLF’s publishing and programs division, Mr. Lammi monitors legal policy developments in federal and state courts, regulatory agencies, and legislatures; manages all aspects of WLF’s educational publications and its WLF Legal Pulse blog; and designs and moderates WLF’s programming.
Mr. Lammi earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University.
