Cedar Crest Names Ana Montagni as Associate Executive Director

Cedar Crest, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Pompton Plains, NJ, announced the appointment of Ana Montagni to the leadership position of Associate Executive Director.

Montagni has more than 12 years of senior living and healthcare experience. She launched her career with Erickson Senior Living in 2019 as Assistant Administrator of Continuing Care at Seabrook, an Erickson Senior Living community in Tinton Falls. In 2021, she was promoted to Director of Continuing Care at Lantern Hill, an  Erickson Senior Living community in New Providence, NJ. Before joining Erickson, she was an administrator for a family-owned skilled nursing operator in New Jersey.

Montagni holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in health care administration with a minor in Business from the University of Scranton. She is a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of New Jersey.
