Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, is pleased to announce that Kristopher Krise has rejoined the company, bringing his extensive expertise in commercial debt and equity financing to the Sacramento office. Krise began his commercial real estate career with MMCC in the firm’s Encino office, where he worked in both execution and originations from 2013-2018.

Prior to his return to MMCC, Krise served as a capital markets advisor with Gallelli Real Estate.  In his new role, Krise will report to John Manning, senior vice president and head of production for MMCC’s western region.

Before embarking on his business career, Krise was drafted and pitched in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kristopher back to MMCC,” said Evan Denner, executive vice president and head of business at MMCC. “His extensive experience, strong relationships, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to our team.
