
As of April 1, 2025, WPM assumed management of the homeowner association for Reserves at Lewes Landing, a 97-home single-family community located in Lewes, Delaware.
This marks the company’s continued expansion into the Delaware market, broadening WPM’s presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic coastal region. Reserves at Lewes Landing is located just three miles from downtown Lewes and offers residents convenient access to nearby destinations such as Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach.
Reserves at Lewes Landing includes community amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Homes are situated on half-acre lots with wooded views.
