Colliers is excited to announce that the Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain CAVA has signed a lease for 2,708 square feet on the ground floor of the iconic office tower. Alongside CAVA, Connecticut-based PopUp Bagels will take up an 861-square-foot space on the ground floor. Ludlow Coffee Supply has also opened its first Miami location in the café space within the fully updated lobby.

Expected to open in the third quarter of 2025, CAVA will provide fast-casual Mediterranean options featuring customizable bowls, pitas, and salads made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The brand combines healthy, vibrant food with quick service, offering a modern twist on traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

PopUp Bagels is a buzz-worthy brand known for its New York-style bagels with a crispy crust and chewy interior, served fresh with premium schmears. With a focus on quality and simplicity, it’s become a foodie favorite across major cities in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York, in addition to its several seasonal pop-up locations.

Ludlow Coffee Supply, a beloved New York institution, has expanded to Brickell with its first and only location outside of its original flagship in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. They offer expertly crafted lattes, signature coffees, all-day café dining, and grab-and-go options with an elevated indoor and outdoor experience.
