ACE Services leased 0.54 acres at 820 W. 22nd Street in Norfolk, VA. Geoff Poston, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant. 

Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc renewed its lease of 13,200 square feet of industrial space at 911 Live Oak in Chesapeake, VA. Christine M. Kaempfe, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
