Continental Realty Corp. Promotes Amy Asuquo to Senior Director, Multifamily Property Management

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 13 states and with a portfolio value exceeding $4 billion, has announced the promotion of Amy Asuquo to Senior Director, Multifamily Property Management. Asuquo has worked for the company since 2009 in a variety of positions, most recently as Director, Multifamily Property Management.

In her continuing role with the company, Asuquo supervises CRC’s team of five Regional Portfolio Managers, one Senior Regional Portfolio Manager, and other team members responsible for maintaining the value of the company’s multifamily communities situated in six states around the country.

CRC’s Multifamily Property Management team continues to be recognized with numerous awards in the multifamily housing industry, including the 2024 Silver Award for Property Manager of Year in the Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s (MMHA) Star Awards, and placing in the top 10 among all multifamily management companies nationally based on residence experiences and ratings.

Asuquo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Towson University and received her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. She serves on the Executive Committee of the MMHA and was formerly its President. Asuquo has also nurtured relationships and is the company’s liaison with non-profit organizations such as Bridges and Urban Alliance.
