Sean Beuche, Pennsylvania Broker of Record and Regional Manager assisted in closing this transaction.

Londonderry Storage has two locations 0.3 miles apart in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The two facilities combined feature 371 non-climate-controlled units, totaling 49,250 net rentable square feet. The facility was originally built in 1999 and expanded on an adjacent parcel in 2003.
