Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) is pleased to announce that Lori L. Wright has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a partner and chair of the Technology, Commercial Contracting & Strategic Sourcing practice.

For nearly 15 years, Lori has represented emerging and established companies across numerous industries including banking, fintech, consumer products, retail, franchising, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, information technology, and utilities/electrical power. Her practice includes representing domestic and international clients in transactions involving software development and licensing, digital transformation and complex global technology, and business process outsourcing. Lori is dedicated to the support of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and serves as a mentor for young professionals to grow and achieve success.

Lori received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University. She is an active member of the Tech Association of Georgia (TAG) and Women in Technology (WIT).
