St. John Properties recently concluded a $1 million investment strategy at the asset which included upgrades to the common areas and restrooms, the addition of a new state-of-the-art fitness center and the installation of modern finishes, fixtures and furniture. The event was catered by The Big Bean Coffee House, a coffee shop and cafe’ that recently opened on the first floor of the building.
