Lash & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that Attorney William E. Baldwin has joined the firm’s Miami office as a Senior Associate. Mr. Baldwin will focus his practice on complex commercial and health care litigation in arbitration, state, and federal courts.
Mr. Baldwin joins Lash & Goldberg from an AM Law 200 firm in Miami. He brings to Lash & Goldberg significant experience managing all types of sophisticated business litigation and regulatory matters, including those involving M&A disputes, employment and restrictive covenants, payer-provider reimbursement disputes, and healthcare fraud.
Mr. Baldwin earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. While at the University of Minnesota Law School, he received the Dean’s Distinguished Scholarship and Lockhart Scholarship for Leadership and was a member of the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court Team and Intercollegiate Trial Team.
Mr. Baldwin received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Purdue University.
