Wolf Den Associates is pleased to announce that effective July 1, Kimberly “Kim” Pack will be succeeding Co-founders, Barry Landew and Kevin Robbins, to lead Wolf Den into the future. “Kim is an accomplished federal practitioner and subject matter expert who embodies our ‘customer first’ and ‘best idea wins’ culture and she has all the intangibles around vision, leadership, and caring for our people that will make her a great CEO,” said Barry Landew.
Kim currently leads the Strategy & Management Consulting business at Wolf Den, where she has worked since 2012. Over that time, Kim has become a trusted advisor to government agencies as well as the leading federal contractors, solving critical problems in the areas of strategy, organizational design, go-to-market, procurement, and Best in Class contracting vehicles. Kim commented, “Wolf Den stands out from the pack of other advisors in terms of our practitioner’s perspective, combining strategy, organic growth, and M&A all under one roof, and our unique vantage point across the entire federal landscape. I am honored to lead the next chapter of Wolf Den’s growth and excited by the opportunity to preserve our culture and continue serving our customers.”
Kim began her career at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), working across North America Public Sector, including two decades in operations, business development, strategic partnerships, and GWAC/ IDIQ management, leading teams to grow agency accounts. She is also a fixture at the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). Kevin Robbins noted that “The mark of a successful professional services firm is its ability to manage generational transition. With Kim as CEO, we know we are securing Wolf Den’s future as a permanent fixture in the federal ecosystem.”
Wolf Den will remain steadfast in its mission of solving hard problems at the intersection of government and industry. Barry Landew concluded, “While we are passing the baton to Kim, Kevin and I will continue to support Wolf Den customers and lead important engagements. We are doing this now while we can ensure a smooth transition and are also arming Kim with an additional pool of equity to be able to attract and retain the best and brightest to serve our over 400 customers.”
