SalesLoft Acquires InStereo

SalesLoft, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of a Sales Engagement platform, acquired InStereo, a strategy consulting firm that helps enterprises leverage technology build buyer experiences for their customers.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition brings expertise for guiding SalesLoft’s customers through their sales transformation initiatives, with a unique focus on buyer experiences.

Led by Rob Forman, President and Co-founder, SalesLoft is a provider of a Sales Engagement platform, enabling companies like IBM, Shopify, Square, and Cisco to generate revenue and improve the customer experiences.

The acquisition follows a year of major growth for SalesLoft: in addition to $100M of funding and $1.1 Billion valuation in January, the company has continued to deliver on its product roadmap of cross-product innovations between Cadences, Conversations and Deals with the launch of Outcomes Dashboard, Cadence Outcomes, and Deal Engagement Score, all in 2021.

InStereo is led by Bill Galfano, CEO.
