Greenberg Gibbons To Move Corporate Headquarters In 2023 To New, 13,000-Square-Foot Location In 40ten Building In Canton Area Of Baltimore City

Greenberg Gibbons, one of the East Coast’s premier investors, developers, and managers of retail, mixed-use and flex properties, announced today that it will move its corporate headquarters in spring of 2023 to the new 40TEN building in Canton, located in east Baltimore City. The new 13,000-square- foot Class A office space will house the firm’s rapidly growing staff.

Greenberg Gibbons will consolidate its current Maryland offices in Annapolis and Owings Mills to the new location. The firm also has offices in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The new 40TEN is the first office building of its kind in Baltimore built mostly with heavy timber, which reduces its carbon footprint. Greenberg Gibbons’ space will feature 15-foot-high ceilings, special huddle rooms for collaboration, large conference rooms, dining areas, extensive views and natural light, and access to the building’s rooftop deck. 40TEN is part of The Collective master planned mixed-use development in Canton that features retail, luxury apartments, and shared communal green space.
